These terms govern your use of the SirveZone marketplace, which connects people seeking services ("customers") with independent providers of those services ("providers"). By using SirveZone you agree to these terms.

1. The SirveZone platform

SirveZone is a marketplace and communications platform. We are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a provider, and we do not provide the underlying services ourselves. We facilitate discovery, requests for service, messaging and payment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Requests and payments

Prices, availability and scope are set by providers. You pay the provider directly; SirveZone is not part of that payment and does not hold or refund it. Refunds and cancellations for the job are between you and the provider. SirveZone's own fees, such as the identity check or listing fees, are not refunded through the app; contact SirveZone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SirveZone for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to circumvent the platform's safety, rating or payment features.

5. Ratings and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant SirveZone a licence to display it in connection with the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SirveZone is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers or customers, or for losses arising from services arranged through the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
