How we make that true
The ID Verified badge
The provider’s ID and a selfie were checked. Look for it on the listing.
Photos of their work
Providers can add photos of jobs they have done, so you can look before you call.
Ratings you cannot buy
Ratings are per trade, and no one can pay to raise a score. New ratings come only from customers who confirmed the job.
You pay the provider, not us
You pay the provider directly, in full. Nothing you pay for the job goes through SirveZone. SirveZone never holds or deducts: it does not hold your money in escrow, and there is no commission and no per-job fee.
For providers: get found locally, keep every rand
The only payments made on SirveZone are providers’ own fees. Providers pay a monthly listing price for each suburb and service category they list in, shown on the areas screen before they pay. SirveZone changes a category's price at most once every 12 months, and a provider’s price is locked for 12 months from the day they start, then moves to the price published at that time. Providers also pay a once-off identity check fee of R179 in South Africa (shown again on the identity check screen before they pay).
Our story
SirveZone began in Hermanus in 2019 as a local food delivery service. In 2021 we turned to home services, and the directory launched in 2024. Benoni first; new areas open zone by zone.
